樹突狀細(xì)胞在腫瘤抗原的表達(dá)中起著關(guān)鍵作用，能啟動(dòng)天然和適應(yīng)性免疫反應(yīng)。而腫瘤微環(huán)境(Tumor Microenvironment，TME)包含抑制樹突狀細(xì)胞分化和成熟的免疫抑制因子網(wǎng)絡(luò)。免疫佐劑一直專注于調(diào)節(jié)樹突狀細(xì)胞的功能，以改善癌癥免疫治療。最近，澳門大學(xué)健康科學(xué)學(xué)院癌癥中心和轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究所團(tuán)隊(duì)在期刊《Nano Today》（IF=20.722）上發(fā)表題為“Manganese-phenolic nanoadjuvant combines sonodynamic therapy with cGAS-STING activation for enhanced cancer immunotherapy."的文章，研究通過metal-phenolic coordination自組裝聲敏聚合物(PEG-b-IR)、谷胱甘肽抑制劑(sabutoclax)、Mn2+和TME酸敏酚聚合物(PEG-b-Pho)，研制出了一種phenolic 納米佐劑。該佐劑展示了SDT介導(dǎo)的ICD效應(yīng)和Mn2+的聯(lián)合作用促進(jìn)了cGAS-STING通路的激活，顯著促進(jìn)了樹突狀細(xì)胞的成熟。此外，這種phenolic納米佐劑使腫瘤對(duì)PD-L1檢查點(diǎn)阻斷免疫療法高度敏感，從而有效抑制遠(yuǎn)處腫瘤的生長(zhǎng)并抑制肺轉(zhuǎn)移，為增強(qiáng)的癌癥免疫療法提供了彌補(bǔ)抗腫瘤免疫不足的治療局限性的潛力。

本文中使用了欣博盛Mouse IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p70, and IFN-β ELISA kits檢測(cè)了血清樣本中這些細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)量。
